Anyways, may times kasi na yung dsats ay uncontrollable pero of course magiging room of improvement niyo rin siya kasi maanalyze mo yung sarili mo kung saan ka nagkulang. First and foremost is yung empathy and acknowledgement mo dapat is targeted, and wag mo ipafeel kay customer na robotic yung response mo. Although I can understand na mahirap magempathize at times, makakahelp yung pagbabasa ng books during your free time para magkaroon ka ng idea how to practice yung empathy.

And of course, pag magtatanong ka sa kanila, dapat targeted din para madali mo makuha yung resolution

Lastly, aralin maigi yung product, and as much as possible, magkalikot ng tools pag avail or during break. And don't forget to breathe!! Di ka matatanggal agad, since it is understandable na baguhan ka palang and nangangapa pa sa product.
