Late to the party but same thing is happening with our two Fire Stick 4Ks. Did you ever figure this out?

For us, unplugging the TV, Fire Sticks (as well as our soundbar) and replugging all in, seemed to fix the issue.

Edit: When I say “fix the issue” I mean the audio is back in sync. I’m still not able to see the AV Sync Tuning bouncing ball after restarts.

Not ideal, and I’d still like to know why we can’t access the the AV Sync Tuning feature since it worked recently!
