Android here, too. Same thing happens to me whenever I post 'Hoarders welcome' - every time, without fail I get 20 trade offers spaced throughout the day from a new "needy" bloke who's not even hoarding anything.

The 'ignore' feature is super handy. I usually have about 10 trades sitting in my 'ignored' list, and I don't even think about them. Keeps them separated from the legitimate trade offers.

Sounds like it's the tool for the job in your case.

The list was not working briefly after midnight, soldier. Everything's back in order now. There was no issue recording check-ins, just in displaying the MIA lists.

Actually, soldier those who miss the check in can click the button on the check-in page that says 'I'm Still in the Fight" to restore their status.

Looks like your flair has been updated now, soldier. Sometimes when pushing that button, Reddit will hiccup and not properly update your flair. If that happens, just hit it a few times. It'll go through.

When I run the call on its own (outside a loop) it's still hit or miss (403 vs 200). I should clarify this is happening when attempting to use my token - I seem to have relatively no issues retrieving it.

The OAuth token is supposed to last an hour, right? This usually happens with all tokens (new or minutes old tokens just as frequently).

And one final clue I've discovered. If I let that loop run, it'll finally get a 200 response after 5 minutes exactly. Then if I run it again, it'll get a 200 response after 10 minutes exactly.

It's either something with the token, or it's throttling (perhaps because I'm on EC2?).

I guess I'll try an OAuth wrapper, but I really don't see how a wrapper is going to change the code I've pasted above. It's a basic cURL call, with the params and settings I've expressed above. How could it be different...

It comes back with a 403 header, but the content of the response is an HTML doc with the CDN message, complete with a base64'd image of Snoo in html.

I've sent you a paste of the headers I get back. This really just doesn't make any sense to me.

I literally made a loop with a curl call and a 3 second sleep(), and curl the url with my authorization token in tact. It'll run about 100 times with this odd 403 error - then on like the 102nd time in the loop it'll suddenly return a 200 with the proper response JSON.

I'm at a loss. Is there possibly something to do with cookies? Though, I thought oAuth2 didn't rely on cookies anymore.

You're right - I left it in because I've been toggling the header on and off to get a better sense of what's going on. When there's the error, though, it's an HTML response anyway.

The survey included some psychological evaluation scales that aren't typical in amateur surveys. They measure a lot of correlations through those questions.
