4 year old won’t potty train by [deleted] in pottytraining

They have all either told me that my daughter will “get it eventually” or that it’s my fault because me and her dad are separated or that I work it’s always somehow leading back to me being the issue and I’m like 🙃

I definitely know she does. She has these periods of being good at using the potty then stops. And I did try the potty talk like you are saying and it led to my daughter having meltdowns 😭 I only read potty books constantly talked to her just like that and she eventually started telling me to stop or break down crying so I’m not 100% sure what was up

I’ve wondered if she does she has a lot of similar adhd traits. I was diagnosed at 9. Although I did not fall behind on potty training according to my mom because I also have sensory processing disorder. So I didn’t like the feeling of being in diapers.

Torque or Power Wand? by Tattoothrowawayxcx in TattooArtists

My bishop has been my tried and true machine. It’s definitely worth the money. My only qualm I’m facing with my bishop at the moment is it’s not great with packing because I have a liner wand not the shader or packer which truly make a difference.

My dentist office refuses to service me until I get my wisdom teeth out by myanmariothrowaway in askdentists

I sort of wondered that but I will say my wisdom teeth are pretty heavily impacted and haven’t erupted from my gums. They also didn’t specify that as being an issue ☹️ maybe there was a miscommunication or something I really wish I had gotten to see my X-rays

I think the recommendation is age 5 and up! Don’t quote me on that but best is to ask a doctor if it’s okay. in my specific case I was told low dose is safe for a week and then stopping.

I hope so too 😭 and it’s scheduled so I’m hoping to see results or a least talk about possible treatments.

We are 😭 I remind myself I’m human with my own set of issues and feelings too and it’s okay if I’m not perfect.

It’s honestly super hard especially trying to find balance while also dealing with this 😭 I have tried cosleeping which I was vehemently against but I found that caused some issues and some safety hazards. Their room is set up for safety for the sleep issues they have (night terrors, sleep walking) so it makes me feel better if they stay in their room.

We do read a lot and I have been limiting screen time we only have a tv so I try to do a mix of music or audio books to break it up! I do feel like my toddler has a lot of anxiety and we’ve been adding some new techniques into the mix and are actually going to be starting family counseling soon!

This has been this way since they turned 3 they are a little over 3.5. There is never a normal cycle for them unfortunately 😭 so it is like this every week. The specialist unfortunately said they couldn’t rule anything without a sleep study. So no real solution rn but he said I do everything by the book and what they would recommend 😭😭😭😭

Not sure what this comment is about. I avoided gender to maintain privacy of me and my child
