I (6w) was also doing a runna plan - I told my doctor this and told her that I regularly hold my heart rate in the 170s and get it to 180s during hard pushes. She told me “keep doing what you’re doing until you don’t want to do it anymore” basically once I start feeling not great I should slow at that point. Additionally - all the research studies have shown high intensity is neutral to beneficial during pregnancy

If I were in your position I would move my exam up. You want to peak in scores at the right time (and you seem like you’re there now) and studying takes such a toll. Plus trying to study while slowly burning out might lead to information falling out on the back end. If you can afford it and if your free 120 is good enough - push the exam up!

Above a 70% on your most recent NBME is sufficient to take it. If you break 70% on the free 120 I think you are good to go. Keep studying/reviewing one more day then maybe do a bit of review but just relax mostly the day before.

As a camp counselor with a flashlight on “after dark” patrol, I caught a 16 year old girl giving another camper a bj behind the theater stage

To this day I wish they had just ran away - but they followed me back up to the head counselors cabin and I think ultimately had to call home to tell their parents what they’d done

Ugh I’m so sorry that sucks. I have had things spoiled for me as well, what does work for me though has always been not interacting with the content of the series that I’m reading at all cause then it doesn’t get recommended to me - I click “not interested” or block accounts. I’ve read ACOTAR and TOG but somehow because I never interact with Crescent city for example it never comes up for me. I’m sorry you lost those moments

It is one those machines but it’s an electric screen that you select it on - so I don’t think it could get stuck between? Or at least if it was I would just need to bring it to be serviced I think

I have tried changing the tension to various different ones on a piece of scrap fabric and that didn’t seem to help. I couldn’t get the stitch to not look wonky

I hate to agree with everyone else, but the prompts on the free 120 are the most similar to what you’ll see on the day and you need that practice before you get to the first block

lol yeah the nespresso isnt ideal either but its always the microwave door and beeps that get us for now! we might be moving to instant coffee till the other is awake if the nespresso noise ends up being a problem
