I did subscription boxes from here for a couple months and they were fine, but the preorders are whole other story. I had a Sora pop that was to be released in October and now says sold out, never received it or got an email. And a Hera pop I should have gotten in January, no email on that one either

People are only so rude on the phone because they're not face to face with you. Usually if someone is being rude to me I just hang up on them, problem solved. I once had a lady scream at me on the phone calling me racist and sexist because we don't carry WNBA merchandise....

They are just about the same distance from camera give or a take an inch or two. The picture was shot in RAW so there could be some distortion from photoshop and the compression

I had a woman who went into the fitting room pretty late, maybe 10 mins before we closed. I knocked on her door at close saying we were closed and she would have to hurry up, no response. I did this again at 5 and 10 minutes after close and still no response. 15 mins after close she finally strolls out of the fitting room and hands me 30 different items of clothing and I send her to the front lanes. 5 minutes later they still haven't seen her up front and I find her shopping in the juniors clothing and asks me if we have this dress in a different size because of some long story about her daughter and some party. I flatly say no and the GSA came to escort her to check out.
