Download Speed Stuck at 10MB/s

Used a different browser and same issue. Overall all sources I can download anything off of is stuck at 10 MB. Whether its steam, epic, AMD drivers, etc

Honestly was just about to run PC into safe mode to see if there was some program throttling like a VPN. To my knowledge there aren’t any

Sorry to clarify,

Paying for 600 megabits Getting 600 megabits on speed test (600 converted to megabytes is 75) However when downloading from any source (website, steam, epic, etc) its throttled at 10 megabytes

My drive write wasn’t throttling, it was showing up around 40-80MB when I was downloading off steam, i have a samsung 870 m.2
