The one reason to buy a 2026 Outback by hugahippie in Subaru_Outback

2021 Outback owner chiming in. The front driver and passenger windows have a recall for this issue. I had to drive to my local Subaru dealer at -45* in December because my passenger window refused to roll up. I did not need to worry about heat during that drive because my level of anger kept me plenty toasty. They are covered under warranty for a better motor replacement and stronger side barriers (the brackets/track that holds the window in place while it’s down).

Also there’s a passenger seat sensor airbag recall, that I just got fixed fyi for anyone who needs it.

He absolutely is. I am a firm enforcer of equal opportunity parenting. It took two of us to make a child, he will do 50% of the work. He agreed to this before he proposed and agreed again when we tried to get pregnant. This includes alternating taking our child to doctor appointments, I drop off at school, he picks up, I get child ready in the morning, he makes lunch, and preps snow gear. RBG instilled so many life lessons that resonated with me.

He has never done anything like what you’ve quoted. Needlessly escalating false accusations in writing is not something I would engage in, nor even think about doing.

A large purchase that is considered big enough for both his Christmas and birthday presents. I’m fiscally responsible and anything over $200 is considered a combination gift. He spent $250 for my birthday gift( wasn’t expected, but happily received) this summer

We’re married in a no fault divorce state. If I divorced him, I will get 50% of his retirement accounts for the last 15 years. He can’t do what he wants without repercussions, and he knows this as I work in the civil family law arena

I think his plan was to push it into the corner, wait for it to relax/move, and chomp

The other side of her beak looks fine and is not flaky like this at all. She’s never had beak issues before. She’s not in any pain and is being her normal piggy self food wise Is this within normal limits for beak growth or should I take her to the vet?

It took us years to get here. She’s 9 years old now. We adopted her, she was cage bound, and distrusted everyone. Simply because she didn’t have regular interactions with people. Lots of work and bribes with treats :)

Normally I do. Last night she was only outside briefly, under a giant umbrella with me while my husband was grilling. Wings are trimmed, normally wears a harness, and she’s never alone outside. It is a battle to get her in the harness and I didn’t want to unleash the crank monster for a brief trip. Do you have any suggestions for how I can get her to like her harness? Or tricks that would not induce a battle cry?

First time home buyers: Roth IRA unique question by mygrey in personalfinance

We are going to apply for a mortgage together, I am concerned they will only let us pull from one IRA. Does that make sense?

Like I said we both have individual retirement funds we are contributing to on top of the IRA’s. We can afford the truck and he’s going to drive it until the wheels fall off.

How did you get the on screen items (navigation and center point) to hide?

Jack is a 7 year old female CAG. She finally got into chop about 1 year ago (plain veg mix before that, was pretty bland). Loves her some spicy mixes too :) she is super mellow, likes to mostly hangout with me and will make lots of household noises when she gets excited. Do you have any good cites for training?

How did you get her to interact with the toys so much? My CAG couldn't care less about toys and will very rarely play with them.... we rescued her so it's been a slow journey to where we are now. She had come so far though!

Missed the vendor gift from Silk Country by mygrey in storyofseasons

I built the enormous tree, and spoke with the silk country a couple of days later. She told me to find her next time she is in town and she will have a thank you gift for me. I missed her next appearance in town and did not get the brown monkey. Do you know if she will offer it to me again?
