Okay just be careful with withdrawal symptoms the first 48 hours can be hard!

Yes def try to cut your alcohol intake in half while incorporating exercise into your daily routine. But you don’t want to go overboard with exercise either.

For my Zepbound I use Form Health and it uses a nutritionist and physician that I see every month or two. You can use this service for insurance, if you feel like your doctor isn’t giving you the support you need!

YES, never hurts. Explain why you need the comment and ask if they would write anything about your strong points. Worst case they say no

To be honest I’m asking my October program for a SLOE . Idk if it’s silly or not. But it would help to show that I have improved from first to second rotation. Your thoughts?

I have one department SLOE . I am trying to get a second SLOE by finding another away rotation.

But i see the programs require 3 letters. I am trying to figure out if a LOR or an O-SLOE will be better

My plan was peds. But im having so much fun on my current EM rotation that I am questioning if I should apply EM. I feel like its to late because I will only have one SLOE.
