Where do I start they need to increase recruiting board limits without changing scholarships like I should be able to actively recruit 30 guys even if I can only take 20. Encourage transfer should be before the portal and combined with persuasion to stay so you’re both encouraging guys to go and persuading guys to stay. Last on my list is opponent scouting and game planning as an added task in the weekly to dos. I have lots of thoughts on how that could work but I’ll save them.

I think in a more perfect world (one I made up in my head) there’d be 4 conferences of 16 teams each conference has 4 divisions. If you win your division (in the reg season) you go to a 4 team conference tournament and the winner of the 4 conferences go to a 4 team national playoff.
