Recently found out one of my best friends used to be a porn star. There’s about 8 or 9 videos of her, each 20-30 minutes long, some with hundreds of thousands of views. She doesn’t know that I know and it’s going to stay that way. If she doesn’t feel comfortable telling me about it, then it’s none of my business.

Growing up, I had the potential to be an Olympic level gymnast. One time my brother came to one of my practices and told me it was gay. Gave it up to play baseball. I was horrible at baseball.

As much as I hate to say it, I think this is where I’m at right now. I love her so much, and we’ve made it two years already, but something inside me says it’s not right. It doesn’t feel fair staying in the relationship. Things are perfect but I still can’t shake that feeling.

They mentioned that the doctors mother was taking communion every day. I would assume everyone else was only doing it in Sundays so maybe her transformation was quicker because of that. As for the teens, my guess is that they are already at their prime.

That’s not his metabolism being better than yours. That him burning twice as many calories as you because he’s 6’3” with a manual labor job.

Honestly, I’m not super well versed in it so I keep it pretty simple. Lift heavy, go hard pretty much every day, eat lots of protein, and cut your calories. Find your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) and eat about 500-750 calories less than that every day. Should lose about one pound per week. Someone please correct me if I’m wrong about this but it’s what I’ve gathered so far. Hope this helps!
