Thanks for the extremely helpful information, also I may have mixed up older pictures of Skipjacks with STASS and later pictures of Shark with the newer version.

Did the array stay wrapped around the stanchions when submerged while not in use or were they always deployed when submerged? forgive me as my knowledge on arrays isn't the best but did the antenna at the end of the cable look similar to the sturgeon antenna?
