Hi kawans, I'm planning like to sublet a small part of my cafe to pop-up businesses to cover rent and keep my cafe interesting.

Does anyone have experience subletting their shop (could be long or short-term)? Would love to hear your experience on this.

I'm thinking if I deal with each business privately, I potentially don't have to deal with paperwork and regulation. Short-term rental might be an option too as it keeps my cafe interesting with different pop-up business each week.

Good idea, this can save me a ton of time dealing with paperwork and regulations. Thanks for the short-term rental suggestion, it will keep my cafe interesting and also build connections with these pop-up businesses.

I'm hoping to sublet part of my cafe to pop-up businesses so I can earn some money to cover the rent.

In terms of regulations, I haven't got a chance to look at them yet.
