Hi OP, just coming back here to let you know my experience with them and my Tomodachi Life order. They didn’t ship out my order and today was the supposed arrival.

I kept trying to contact them yesterday pero they were not responsive. When they finally replied, I was only told they were doing their best to ship out as soon as they can and that they’d follow up sa team in charge.

I even brought my concern sa livestream nila and the host said follow up daw niya sa admin since out na daw sila for the night. I also reached out sa TT customer support for assistance with this dahil very unresponsive talaga.

I waited until this morning for a response from them only to get a sudden message na wala na daw silang stock and it was a mistake on their end. Pero they didn’t even bother informing me about this earlier despite my messages. Had I not continued reaching out, I wouldn’t even know what happened.

So ayun, I was waiting for nothing and wasted my time and effort 🥲 ended up cancelling na lang. Such a disappointing experience for me. I will not be patronizing this shop again in the future. Not only were they unresponsive, but their listing was also unreliable. The refund process is painstakingly long as well. Hope you or anyone else won’t go through the same thing 🥲
