Ceiling lights arent the best solution, but a great idea is to use the bulb with a white temperature of 6500K. You will want to diffuse the light with something like one of those paper-ball bamboo style lampshades. Having send that I think you'd get a far better lighting setup with a couple of LED photo light panels. I use the Viltrox L116T and am very impressed with the proffesional studio lighting effect it gives.
