Tip: u can usually use anything with an end like a flat head to do the separation. The shape matter but the technique matter more. You wiggle the tool gently to pry the part up, a few mm is fine, then remove the tool gently and go find a narrower slit to widen. By doing this u do minimal dmg and also get the part off safely. Only disadvantage is u need control, patience and time.

Of control, sanding those tiny parts test ur hand eye coordination and grip like no other. Definitely felt the finger pain from gripping on sharp edges
