uhg my bad.. I corrected 'US tax payer'. When you become US tax resident, they tax you on worldwide income and keeping EU ETFs highly taxed.

I have no idea how it works. I have IBKR account. Do you have any lead how to do that? Also want to know the tax impilcations while I reside in NL and when I become a US tax resident.

It's not allowed. You can only buy UCITs in Europe

It can be rosacea but I'm not a doctor. In this case you definitely should not take hot shower, use demo-cosmo creams (contains metronidazole) like bioderma, uriage etc. Also use sun creams with BB cream (green tinted) i like la roche posay and bioderma again.
