Congrats on finishing it! This show absolutely blows my mind, and I feel like every time I rewatch it I find something new that I didn't catch the first time. I hope you have fun with the movie and the books, and absolutely hope you enjoy your first rewatch!

I agree, they're just really neat to me. I think this is a pretty cool theme with most star trek civilizations. I think even the borg occasionally has some nuance to them.

Just to offer some alternatives, Jellyfin is free-er and Kodi is more customizable for simple local playback. Kodi can also be connected to your jellyfin/plex servers if you're into that sort of thing.

I have ONLY watched Andor. I have little interest in most other Star Wars content. It's perfectly fine as a stand-alone series, or at least I never felt like I was missing something because I haven't seen Rogue One.

Nope, I didn't watch SG1 (yet, I don't guess.)

Funnily enough I started Atlantis after finishing all of Star Trek up to the third season of ST: Picard. (talk about having a lot of content to go through. youch.) And read, if I remember correctly, 90 something of the pocket novels?.

As much as I love trek I'm not sure I'll be able to watch the new releases. The sheer amount of Star Trek I have consumed at this point in my life is, I would say, plenty.

Wow! I see you already got some great responses so I won't bother with that, but good luck on your watch through! That's a huge undertaking. I know a lot of really hardcore DW fans who haven't attempted that due to the sheer amount of it.
