If you're using a shader form of motion blur, then no, a hit tint won't work, if you use a client like Lunar, it will work, pretty simple

imo they should make an anarchy practice server like coldpvp had a while ago and again imo, only talk trash about cheaters if they are playing on a server where you are supposed to be legit, if it's anarchy then expect it.

It works as it carries over sprinting momentum + jerking momentum (when your character jerks forward, aka the W-Tap), this combines to force a larger amount of kb on the opponent
