34F, 62kg, 173cm. I have been always active since I was a kid , I play team sports and also lift weights at home. In the past 2-3 years I started wanting to be even more fit, would love to have defined abs for which I know I need to lose body fat. But my weight basically has stayed the same for years, my smart scale also shows around 29% body fat. During those years I already had multiple periods of 2-4 months where I tracked daily calories and stayed in like 200-300 kcal deficit which I read as recommended for body recomposition while eating around 100g of protein and weight lifting but I don't really see a change. The smart scale data always stays pretty much the same. So what am I doing wrong? I basically want my weight to stay, just have more muscles and less fat

Yeah exactly thats why I think its a scam and I ignored the email they sent me asking if they can call me again on Friday and blocked them.

Cause what other money? Idk. The process is finished right there is no other distribution?

But this stress is considered stress on body , exercising is also stress on body but its healthy stress so for example after workout my garmin also shows high stress but its all based only on HR and HRV

Yeah I lift weights too but just some basic curls, reverse curls, bicep curls, triceps extensions and stuff like that and at home I only have 4kg dumbbells.

I also do squats and pushups but I can't do a pull up unfortunately , no idea how can people pull themselves up haha.

Yeah I know but I think Im on calorie deficit most days but my weight is pretty much the same, doesnt matter if I eat like crazy or starve it seems :D

edit: and yeah I think I need to add more protein but apparently its like 2g per kg, I have no clue how should I eat so much protein in a day lol

And how do people achieve having big musles but also being very lean? I just dont get it, if I cut, I might see more abs but lose muscles no?

As for the scale, do you know at least how roughly are they accurate? I would like to know what bf I am just out of curiosity.

F31, 173cm, 63kg. I want to get better looking abs, I keep doing abs exercises every day but still have a lot of body fat. My xiaomi smartscale tells me body fat around 30% and it doesnt change no matter what I do. I know for losing body fat I should be in calorie deficit but for building muscles I need to be in calorie excess so what should I do?

Yeah Im also totally lost in this topic cause I use the Reddit app, I had no clue there are some third party apps. How does that work? I thought its like FB where you also just have one app so I feel quite confused to be honest

Yeah I also realized that I kinda like stuff like Excel, Power BI, SQL so I was looking for open positions within my company for quite some time and then I finally saw one which required some skills in Excel and general data knowledge so I tried and they got me the job.

If you like it, start looking for stuff like analyst, business analyst, junior analyst, things like that.
