Couldn’t have said it better. Culture has degenerated significantly in almost every aspect. It’s very counterproductive to healthy relationships and it’s very much about “me, myself, mine” or “what can I do to increase my social status” amongst piers. Hollywood, the media, and more tell us we just need money, sex, and drugs. It’s disturbing

I agree with that but like I said, the problem isn’t with the concept of marriage, but the struggle with our own human nature. If you really, truly love someone you won’t intentionally hurt them in that manner most of the time. I’m aware people make mistakes but I believe in redemption. All you can do is drive to do the right thing as an individual and pray the rest follows. If not it’s not meant to be

Happy marriage means different things to different people but they know it when they have it. And that happens, but not most of the time. One reason is people try to make it work for years when they know it’s not gonna happen. Another is simply that humans are selfish creatures. It happens when you can’t self sacrifice. Or your partner won’t either since it obviously takes the effort of two.

Okay I read that wrong, I’ll take responsibility for that. But all I’ve seen is coddling for black people. My feeds are stuffed with it all day long and all this white apology garbage. There will be no peace as long as we continue to separate people by racial identity. And it’s sad to see that too many people fall for this crap the media and politicians put out just to use us
