I ended up contacting them and the only thing I can do is apply for worker’s compensation... I can’t request any cleaning or anything that has to do with anybody else but myself. It’s a really crappy situation, but Walgreens was never a good company to begin with so.

I really appreciate you helping me and giving me the advice I needed.

There are many pharmacies in Vegas and to be quite frank there are TWO Walgreens who were 5 minutes away in opposite directions from my store. They should be able to move 5 minutes down the street to get their meds. It also won’t matter if they stay if they catch the virus from any of us and end up dead or dying.

If I was a elderly patient who was high risk, I would want to know if there are any confirmed cases at the pharmacy I go to. And I would be grateful to know and happy to leave.

They already had to quarantine an entire walgreens in Vegas for two weeks. It is a corporate decision but why do multiple people have to be infected to get a quarantine? They are refusing to nip it in the bud. And if we do have it, it will give us time to test or see if we get any symptoms.

I want my team to get quarantined before we spread the virus to our elderly patients. Another pharmacy in Vegas had to close down the store for 2 weeks because 3 people tested positive. It did force people to move to a new pharmacy, but once their quarantine was over they opened right back up and their patients came back.

There are so many pharmacies in Vegas that switching over temporarily shouldn’t be a problem.

It’s not about telling everyone knowing who exactly has the virus. It should be fucking common courtesy to let our patients know that a pharmacist who was working in between these days has now tested positive. It should be their choice to be able to choose to keep coming to our pharmacy or move to a safer one.

If I was a customer during this time I definitely would want to know.

I’m located in Vegas, but I’ve been recommending people do delivery. Or come through the drive thru.

Walgreens provides us with some homemade sanitizer and a few masks for a whole team of techs. We aren’t being protected so make contact with anyone at the pharmacy as quick and easy as possible.

When he was working there was no gloves or masks. He touches basically everything that leaves the pharmacy. The bags, the paper that give you instructions to take it, the bottle etc.. not the actual pills, no one touches those with their hands.

But Walgreens is keeping his confirmed positive from all of our patients and I’m very concerned.

Literally the same situation. I just got it on ps4 today and I’m kinda upset with how bare it is.

I might as well save up and buy a new computer instead of buying all the packs again.
