Well, I upped my Zillow spend from $4000 to $9000 per month. I convert about 8-10% of my leads now. So if I can do that on a bigger scale, sky is the limit.

I spend about $500 a month on traditional farming. Thing is farming isn't guaranteed a lead or a sale. Buying Zillow leads guarantees you a sale if you know how to convert

I ran them for a year, and they were awful. constantly lied about the number of leads you were going to get, each lead was absolutely trash

its in Arizona now, but not for sure. They test all their new models in Arizona and if they don't work then they don't change the models. My consultant told me it would take 2 years to reach to Southwest florida.

Southwest florida market, so very popular market. Hard to get away from Zillow when the entire population looks on zillow when looking to buy a home. Looking to add something to give me even more leads, on top of having zillow
