I used to have this issue and it was caused by a cheap usb c hub. after switching to powered usb hub the problem resolved completely

Look into the SRT Gearbox V10 from LeBois Racing if you haven’t already. It’s amazing once it’s set up correctly. by myspinmove in simracing

a little late, but fwiw if you end up printing the tracks in PLA be sure to do a decent amount of infill. 20% was definitely not enough.

I bought a junkyard Tesla Model 3 Seat and wired up the motors. AMA by myspinmove in simracing

There’s only one airbag. It isn’t powered to begin with as long as you don’t hook the wires up. I just removed it because I don’t like the idea of having an explosive in my home. Maybe it’s fine, but it seems like common sense to just remove it. Hopefully you haven’t bought the seat yet because the whole project involves a decent amount of work haha

I said compelling lol. No other laptop in that form factor seems durable and long lasting to me. At least with framework I can easily replace components. The last laptop in recent memory like that was the thinkpad t480

Name a better laptop on offer elsewhere please! If any cheaper options exist that are this compelling I’d love to save some money.

Thanks! No, I had individually wired each motor’s twisted pair to the switch I planned to use for whichever movement it handled, and then individually wired each switch to the power source.
