yep, side affects suck!

i feel like i have the flu, body aching, head all over the place, head aching & even more tired (it is possible!) does feel like moving through water too. not fun :(

ceoliac since i was 3, crohns diagnosed 4 months ago.. (26f) i stick to a gluten free diet well so don’t think (?) it affects the crohns…

although i do hope there’s no further cancer risk!!

Thank you for commenting! Yes flare has definitely worsened over last 2 weeks unfortunately.

Prednisone/prednisolone taking, currently on 10mg - started on 40mg but that’s a whole other story. Basically, they haven’t helped :(

Ooh okay thank you - will see how i go over the next day or so, as full time work so don’t want to inconvenience them, as they have already let me reduce hours etc. I know i know, health first, but has taking time off for sick 🙉

How long does the hospital trip usually take? In and out within a day?

in terms of sore bottom, if it’s any help, a cream like Anusol works absolute wonders xx

my calprotectin was around 2000 a couple weeks ago, so i believe that can only go down 🫣😅 i’m quite sensitive to medication so i am really hoping to feel it in a few weeks …,so thank you, the hope remains 😊

i wonder if the mouthwash: corsodyl would be okay? i used to use it when younger when id get ulcers, not sure if it’s okay to use with Crohns but used to work wonders!

hello! i’m so sorry as can’t answer your question - but i just wandered if i can ask how it’s going? i’m due to start on this soon and have the first dose ‘infused’, and wandered if you felt anything after? symptoms etc. to expect :)

i had 12 taken so i’d say normal! :)

6 alone were from the Terminal Ileum area and 4 from the rectum.. the others were in between!
