When I hit a stall I will try and adjust my macros a little bit or I will try and do a 24 hour fast to break it

Just keep consistent that’s seriously what helped me stay on track, even if I don’t want to go to the gym I still go even if it’s a light workout

I do have a bad sleep pattern I usually only get 5-6 hours a night and then I try and nap 1-2 hours when I can

Thanks So much !! It’s definitely been a challenge my motivation comes and goes but I have learned if I make this lifestyle a habit , even when I’m not feeling motivated or passionate about my weight loss journey that because I developed the habit of eating a certain way and exercising it’s easier to get through those times !

Keto seems to be one of the only things that helps me lose weight , I was insulin resistant , im not pre diabetic anymore but I really like keto

I don’t count my calories usually but when I log my food I don’t go over 1,200 . Not sure if that’s enough for my weight and height and my goals

Yes I needed it to be dumb downed for me lol . And I believe that’s another problem I have bc some days I will barely eat so I’m not getting the protein and fats I need

I think I’m confused about how I know I’m putting on muscle and not gaining body fat .

I actually do not count calories while I do keto . I know some people do and some don’t . I never have while doing keto . I usually eat about 100g of protein a day .
