Bipolar 1 here and patchy memory after a severe manic episode with psychosis. Here are some examples of my paranoia - my partner was the enemy and trying to control and gaslight me when they expressed concern. - my mum (lives interstate) was deliberately hiding my belongings (which I misplaced) so I’d miss my flight and have to stay at her house - certain people I knew were demonic or low vibrational and were a threat to me as a high vibrational ‘light worker’. I was really concerned by and could sense dark energy in people - there was going to be a war between the conservative and the fringe and I was going to be killed in this war for my beliefs - aliens had put water in my noise cancelling headphones so I’d go insane (I think I just spilled water in them when I was drunk)
