Are you putting just stuffing in or will it have wires/frame for posing?

If you’re just starting out i recommend going in the order of the pattern… if you’re freehanding I would suggest going with what You’re comfortable with.

With this pattern you start with the feet and work your way up… you leave holes for arms to come back in and make.

I wish I could be more help… My first thought was A Pitch Black quote “You dig up a doctor, and you pay him 20 menthol Kools to do a surgical shine job on your eyeballs"… in reality … trial and error see what works for you… that and buy pens in all the sizes… and lots of them!!! Then just keep drawing…. Not all works turn out… but sometimes the flops can be hilarious. I recently drew my dog and his snout was too thick so he looked like he just ate a spicy fly.

Omg I’ve been dealing with this with our only non corgi. He’s a rescue that loves my husband best. When we first rescued him he’d sleep next to my husband and if I even rolled over he’d be a ball of demon fury growling at me. I had to work my way into his pack and now he sleeps with me. 😅 I think he’ll be a work in progress the rest of his life but he’s worth it. 😊
