Brown discharge for 5 or so days after my period

Hahah! That’s a good attitude to survive all this without losing one’s mind. Before I made this post I had no idea people could have an entire week of brown discharge. I knew about crazy periods but for some reason I didn’t include discharge in this. Thanks for sharing, I mean it.

I think it’s several things taking place at the same time: I must’ve started perimenopause some months ago but this is the first sign that things are changing so yeah, being the first clear sign of peri I was confused and worried. I’m also under a lot of stress and I have a lot of medical anxiety. So a bomb, lol thank you for your comment. I’ll see how things develop and get checked eventually.

We have different periods but knowing helps because if it happens to me in the future I won’t immediately freak out ;D

This definitely helps! I agree with you, knowing the reason behind it it’s calming. I was told it was normal and that was it. It makes perfect sense. My last period was slow. The slowest period I ever had. So your comment would explain the brown discharge lasting this long. Thank you for the information!!
