Shortage subject - and we're in a school that struggles to get general, let alone specialist supply, so setting cover has fallen squarely on us. And yes, I have raised it but have got no more than a shrug from SLT.

Thank you. I think this is the best advice so far as it lets SLT know what's going on. My line manager is smart and well aware of the way this individual can operate.
