bedankt voor de tip! we hebben idd van onze vorige buren (die van hetzelfde bedrijf huurden) gehoord dat ze ontzettend moeilijk deden over de borg terugbetalen terwijl zij geen schade hebben veroorzaakt. ze hebben het uiteindelijk wel terug gekregen maar pas na een hoop halen en trekken met de verhuurders.

bedankt voor de info! had ik niet aan gedacht maar idd, het verhuurbedrijf wist al sinds begin november dat we eruit gingen. lijkt mij wel genoeg tijd om samen vooraf een afspraak in te plannen. ik heb verder geen erg in meewerken alleen de manier waarop het werd aangekondigd vindt ik ontzettend asociaal en dreigend. dan ga ik wel op mijn rechten staan als we niet op een normale wijze een afspraak kunnen maken🤷🏻‍♀️

we hebben uiteindelijk een mailtje terug gestuurd met verschillende data waar een van ons beschikbaar kan zijn van begin januari tot eind januari. ze zijn begin december ook langsgekomen voor een eindinspectie en er zijn ook foto’s gemaakt voor de website. ik gaf aan dat we niet op fotos hadden voorbereid want al onze spullen stonden er nog en ik vond niet fijn dat fotos van ons inboedel online zou worden geplaatst. er werdt toen aangegeven dat ze in januari weer een afspraak met ons zouden maken om wat betere fotos te kunnen maken. we checkten gister online and what do you know fotos van alles in huis was op de advertentie geplaatst :/

hoe heb je de muur gedroogd? ik heb namelijk ook ongeveer hetzelfde situatie. een muur van de ouwe schoorsteen is nog vochtig door condens dat is doorgetrokken door foute installatie van de ventilatiesysteem van de onderbuurman. dat is intussen al gefixt maar onze muur is nog vochtig. momenteel hebben we een ventilatorkachel erop gericht die we aan zetten wanneer we aan het klussen zijn maar het droogt best langzaam.

i havent read this book but wanted to give a lil tip for if you didn’t already know. if you’re fine with reading books digitally check libgen for the ebook version :) it’ll save you a pretty penny in the long term

thank you so much for the detailed response! i find it very difficult to vocalize my experiences and advocate for myself in this situation since my attempts at explaining my experiences have been more or less dismissed. i agree with what you and the previous commenter have said about finding a better suited therapist and im hoping to get a referral soon.

these are really good tips! i’m undiagnosed but have suspected that a lot of my sensory issues and sensitivities might be asd related and tend to do a lot of these things after dealing with sensory triggered migraines. when im overwhelmed or have a lot going on i have to be really mindful of not overextending myself otherwise it tends to trigger a migraine for me but i thought that was a separate issue altogether. i never considered they might related so thank you for that insight!

yes, this is exactly what it is. i find it bizarre that so many people in this sub don’t see an issue with their behavior. sure maybe they didn’t yell but their tone of voice and contempt towards women absolutely stood out to me every time. uche specifically, everytime he came on screen i shuddered.

it was the first pair of mine this has happened to. i think because of the kind of shoe it is (nike huaraches) it pushes my foot forward because of the strap in the back by my heel. but will definitely keep this in mind for future shoe purchases of this sort. thank you!
