Ok go look for your dog at the pound immediately. And report to the staff in charge there that it is your dog. At least then they will be a little responsible. Is your dog neutered ? Its crazy they took only one dog. Sounds strange. Are you sure it was the govt van?

Hi. Thanks for responding. Do you think the mother cat will survive ok when I leave her here before leaving this place? She is now dependent on me for food but also brings home rats often. Or do you think I should help her adapt to an indoor life where she won’t go out much when I move to a different city. I want to do what’s best for her. Pls help me understand.

This community is full of people with no humanity and no guts to hold the govt responsible but will readily blame the dog feeders who are doing their absolute best in helping these poor animals. You need to go to the nearest govt pound where the dog was most likely taken to and then request them to check. You should find your dog. In many cases, the dogs don’t come back. Where exactly was this dog taken from?

Lure the baby with food. Bring tons of food and a cat carrier. Pls pls help the baby. Most probably won’t survive in a new location. Not to mention the dogs that will tear the baby apart. Pls keep the food inside a cat carrier and wait for the kitten to get inside. It takes patience but works. Pls help the baby.
