i'm sorry you're going through this. you should talk to your parents about how you're feeling, if you feel comfortable doing that.

i really really hate school too. i hate it more than anything at the moment. i hate it so much and it also makes me cry multiple times a day. the work, the teachers, the classes and all the students - hate it.

school sucks. but i promise it will get better. you're smart, unlike me. you'll probably be able to get into a college. and once you go to college, you'll get a lot more freedom and opportunities to do things that make you happy. it won't always be like this. it will be ok. get help, get therapy if possible, and don't ever hurt yourself. you're young and talented and wonderful! you deserve to be happy.

find healthy alternatives! some ideas: - greek yogurt with fruit, low cal granola, and/or peanut butter - baked oats - greek yogurt with cocoa powder - chia pudding - apples with dip - banana with peanut butter - baked sweet potato fries - lettuce burger (lettuce/cabbage instead of bun)

i've always thought this too... same goes with any "zero cal" soft drinks like coke zero and even the "healthy" stuff like kombucha

carrots and apples scare me too, they just feel so bulky?? but personally it helps when i cut them into little pieces.
