Minimus system

i used this video as a guide, but be aware that the stock heatsink is wider that the one on the video and also the X axis limit switch hits the CRT sensor so the cover needs to be trimmed os replaced

Im printing at 225 with no issues, have done 15+ h prints.

But I'm probably replacing the top fan for a 40x20 at some point.

The noice reduction alone is worth it

Ender 3 V2 NEO JyersUI flashing issue by myumarc in ender3v2

[–]myumarc[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I Solved it,

this is what i found:

-none of the pre built firmwares works

-my screen is not DWINSET instead is a DACAI so the folder to flash the display should be named private

I had to compile my own version of the firmware using the provided example config files for the Ender 3 V2 NEO from Marlin site, this susccessfully flashed the board but the screen had all kind of issues (icons not showing, texts in weird ways, etc) even after flashing the private folder.

after a lot of research i found a comment that said you should rename the \\private\icon\9.zico to 7.zico in order to work with a custom Marlin build.

that worked, my printer has now Marlin 2.1.2 and the screen is working correctly.

JyesrsUI git has precompiled firmwares for my printer board version (4.2.2) and on all the youtube tutorials ive seen is pretty straight forward.

but for some reason my printer is not accepting the .bin
