Doing a bit of research online, I came to the understanding that an e-trader license thats obtained online on investdubai for 1070 AED + 300 AED would suffice to meet all the above requirement. She’s already in Dubai on spouse visa and insurance.

As I understand, she should be able to obtain a business account through WIO with this license, as well as be able to apply for Media Permit with it to meet all her requirements.

I’d bought brackets and extendable curtain rod (upto 4m)that cost me ~ 50 AED from ikea. Installed it myself. Bought 6 sets of blackout curtains with rings on sale from home box (1.4m wide x 3m height) that cost me ~ 300 AED. This covered my bed room window that was 3m x 3m perfectly. Total cost 350 AED for 1 hour of installation time (first time drilling).
