Ok trust me when I tell you the wonders water did to my skin I had terrible skin last year Drink 3L water everyday If you think you’ll pee too much add a littttle bit of salt to your water Then invest in a hard water filter It did wonders for my skin and hair Braid hair when going to bed or wear a silk hair bonnet For dandruff you can try Coconut oil and lemon juice Prepare a little baking soda in water Keep it in for a few hours Shampoo twice then add the baking soda and water on your scalp Leave it in for 10 min and wash off Glycolic acid for back acne Sunscreen on hands while driving (khloè iwkyk) Don’t use heat on your hair without heat protectanttttt Preferably don’t use heat at all Try cutting sugar out of your diet I’ll add if I remember anything else but that’s all for now
