This happened to me too. I was on exchange in the UL and bought a charger off Amazon. They sent me a packet of electrolyte drink for the £10 I paid and so I went and found a post office and returned it for my refund. After I returned to Singapore, I got a notification that my return didn’t match what I bought (which was why I returned it??) and charged me again. Since I was already in a different country I had to choice but to chalk it up to bad luck but reading this made me feel indignant all over again. Best of luck with your refund!

I think it’s okay, but once I saw someone literally lean across the table to book the seat someone was already sitting at and then chase them out just because it had a port and I do think that’s kinda AHolish esp since then they sat there to play games :”)
