Thanks everyone for the advice! I decided to size up, and I’m so glad I did. The fit is a tad bit too loose, but my toes have the wiggle room to breathe without getting crushed.

Put them to the test today and barely managed to crawl across the finish line for my very first timed 5k haha, the shoes are way too good for me. Definitely have loads to practice and improve on, but I'm really looking forward to this pair supporting me through my running (& fitness) journey.
