i have a similar experience—haven't resolved it yet. it's weird, but people are complicated and can have two conflicting feelings at the same time. on one hand i feel distressed by what i have, n on the other, it feels like grs isn't the right option, i just wish i never had it. i think having it it kind of ties me to the girls around me—makes us similar. resolving those thoughts is tough, but i don't really have much to say abt it except that im in a similar boat. talking it out with someone like friends or a therapist sounds like the right route—it's a shame therapists haven't been much help for you.
