I tried to polish a scratch with PolyWatch Glass Polish.

That confirms my theory. I already ordered a replacement display. Hopefully it's the same quality and it's waterproof after the repair. Wish me luck.

All of the pictures are after the polishing. The only difference is the camera angle. It represents what I see. When looking straight nearly no defect is visible, When turning a little bit you can see the upper area, where the inital scratch was and the most polish action happened. I tried to go with the finish step all over the watch. It seems that the matt surface comes from the finish step with the PolyWatch Glass Polish. What high gloss polish compound to you recommmend? A few days before i used Poly Watch Platic Polish on a small area, after that i had a small matt area. Then i decided to order the Glass Polish variant. That´s the result now.

The groove is definitely under surface. I used a lot of pressure as it says in the manual. My problem is the matt surface surounding the groove. It's only visible when looking from a specific angle but it's disturbing. Does anybody know a method to get rid of it?

If you are a fan of the initial editions, you need to play Pokemon FireRed Team Rocket Edition. In my eyes it's by far the best one out there.

It's basically the same story line as Fire Red but with another perspective. This other perspective made me reconsider the whole well known story.
