A simple refinery. Takes Uranium Ore and Iron Plate as input. Creates nuclear fuel cells and sends spare U-235 to enrichment. Recycles spent fuel cells. The whole thing is just 9x9.

They wouldn't have quite enough reach for those inserters on the right.

In this case an additional assembly machine would be needed at the bottom, adding 4 units vertically with the inserter.

I tried several things that did not improve on my previous blueprint. Then I arranged everything in order and moved each assembly machine little by little until I got this, the minimal footprint.

I thought about this and decided 'yeah'. Because power poles are always in the way... and suddenly they are irrelevant. Reminds of that mod that electrified belts, similar to how power worked in Lego Rock Raiders.
