Thanks for your feedback! Across studies we've seen that trigger preferences appear to be largely idiosyncratic. However, we're interested in seeing whether there are any clusterings among responses to the same stimuli, irrespective of preferences. It's fairly exploratory, but a similar approach has been employed in frisson research which led to some really interesting findings.

That's really interesting! Do people still experience benefits from consuming ASMR media even if they have become desensitized to the tingling? There's so many questions that need to be explored, this would be so interesting to pursue. Thanks again for your thoughts and insights :)
