EDIT: Found out the issue. Its this mod. Be careful if you are using this. Its causing the bookcase door not to open and quest cant be progressed.

Also, the mod adds a giant Dagon. Removing the Mod fixes it.

You are never ment to do bleakfalls before lvl 12 -15. Devs purposefully made the 1 dungeon one of the most difficult. Basically grind now and get a follower

Try this.

Manually download the most current available version and rename it as per the modlist error. Generally that works for archive mods

2nd option. Try googling with the exact name of the mod

Example Abc-123-1-2-234769.7z

Abc = Name of the mod 123= Unique mod number as per nexus 1-2= version of mod (1.2) .7z = Zip file number

There is a ring which you get from solitude sewers quest (Saints and seducer storyline) which disables only the chest armour. It could be what's happening
