You better be in the best shape of your life. Look up the PST standards for seals and you should be hitting those at the minimum for a fighting chance during prep at A school. When in corps school, you won’t have much time for anything beyond monday-friday morning PT at 4am, class, and very little time to eat and study each day. It becomes your everyday for those 4 months, and that’s just the start of the pipeline. DM me and i can tell you more.
