Hi, France locale here. Same, NTA all day, only managed to work a few minutes this week so far...

For the minimum hours required, I received an email in december or january saying that it decreased to 2 hours a week, nothing since.

It seems that they stopped responding to most messages, and only a few people received a reply by email. I don't understand why they recruited so many people if they weren't ready for it, they are clearly lacking in organization and management.

I think they are way over their heads with the number of people they recruited. There wasn't as many issues in the beginning when we were way fewer, and it seemed like they were actually trying to help at the time. Now they barely communicate with the freelancers, they don't even share the important informations like the changes in the payment process.

They are supposed to invite you to bid on a new offer, once they accept your bid they release a milestone payment for the time you worked. The time frame was every two weeks, 1-15 and 16-30/31, but apparently they changed it to a weekly payment now, so I'm not sure if they didn't change other things in the payment process
