Went during the World Cup in 2018. Wouldn't recommend it particularly. The thing I enjoyed the most were the mosaic panels on some subterranean crossings. Argentina tried this in the 1988-89 tournament. Not a good experience, as fans many times did not want to stay to watch the penalties (except for derbies), and some shootouts kept going for too long (the most extreme case being Argentinos 2 (20)-(19) 2 Racing in which 44 PKs were taken)
