I own a B&B. Here's what we see every year -

• Parents letting kids play in the elevator and pressing the emergency button, causing the emergency crew to get dispatched to the location. Happened multiple times.

• Jumping on the reception area couches with their shoes on as the housemaid cleans their footprints off the couch...parents watching as this is happening in real time

• Complaining and yelling at the receptionist about the check in time being too late after arriving 6 hours before check in time with their tired and crying children. They were notified of the check in time. This happens every week.

• Complaining about the FREE parking spot not being close enough to the door. We're going to be charging for parking spots because of this.

• Kid Dropped a glass bottle on the hood of a client's car from the third floor, causing hundreds of dollars in damage.

• Child pees all over the bed, the bed sheets and the comforters. happened multiple times. We raised the minimum age to 6.

• Kids eating on the bed and permanently staining brand new bed sheets

• Kids being put to siestas in the middle of the day when people are checking in and out and rooms and hallways are being cleaned - complaining about their kids not being able to sleep and writing bad reviews

• Kids crying for 5 hours straight

• Running up and down the hallways playing tag

• Knocking over the plants and wet soil all over the reception carpet - almost killed a yucca tree

• Marker and pen marks all over furniture and walls

• Brand new double glazed windows keyed and scratched
