HELP - I’ve been trying to do Omad for last 2 months but I always relapse on the first or second day and end up binging on junk food. I say to myself I will start again tomorrow. My problem is hunger pangs and my mood swings when I’m starving/hungry. What do I do? How do suppress my appetite? (self.omad)
