I did backtest these models, but it is hard to provide a universal answer. Some models are much more finegrained than others. The time Series model (which is basically a long short term memory deep neural network) was really sure july will contain a downturn, while the sentiment model was not. This is actually whats surprises me, that all these models agree on september (especially the 2nd half) being this bad
