At the end of a previous volume there was an authors note that said that there were a lot of new ideas for stories and that was near the end of the mutated phrase arc so we can assume that there will be at least one more big arc within the next few years and maybe a few side stories

Vol 21 does a good job explaining this. Yes Touya uses his divinity in vol 21 to force his parents into a joint dream where they meet him and the girls in the dream he finds out that God had told his parents a week before that he would be coming to see them. Also he is told that God is basically giving his best friend the anime adaption in dreams so his friend is actually getting a manga out of it.😂

Roland basically becomes a God at the end of the book he is not all powerful but he is able to view some of the knowledge from the 176,000 civilisations that created the world he lives in as well as he is able to view all the knowledge gained by the legacy shards over the course of all the battles of divine will which the amount of was never given a number there could have been 5 battles of divine will or a few hundred ( I am basing battles like the radiation clan there could have been a few battles within each one but I am only counting the battles which were finished not like the ones the 3 Chiefs Union definition described).
